Micron Laser Technology provides subcontract laser services for rigid and flex PCB manufacturers. PCB applications include microvia drilling, board depaneling or excising, control-depth skiving for cavities and coverlay, and general PCB rework like selective soldermask and squeeze out removal. Precision laser machining of thin metals and metal alloys, plastics, rubbers, and foams also provided.
