Metris announces today that it has signed a share purchase agreement with the shareholders of X-Tek Group for the purchase of 100% of the X-Tek stock.X-Tek Systems is proud to announce that it is now an associate of the Honda Racing F1 Team.
X-Tek recently sold the Honda Racing F1 team a 320kV microfocus X-ray CT system. X-Tek will continue to work with Honda Racing F1 to develop the functionality of their CT system.
